Our Process
Getting Started: A Discovery is scheduled with you and your key management to review current processes and list the company's objectives and timeline.

Trainings On-line and/or On-site: An agenda is proposed that includes a series of trainings exclusive to your company and based on your specific objectives. Trainings are accompanied by documentation that will assist in both the learning and the retention of your processes. On-line trainings are provided in 2 hour blocks. On-site trainings are provided in 8 hour blocks.

Completion of Trainings: At the conclusion of each Training Phase, an Implementation Schedule will be reviewed to track what has been absorbed and what is left to be completed for each of the covered processes.
Certificate of Completion:  To acknowledge the completion of your Trainings your company will receive a Certificate of Completion. Completed trainings will be awarded CEU credits to applicable CEDIA members.
